19weeks #GestationalSurrogacy #ultrasound #Twins

It's been a while since I've checked in here.  I'm now 19wk2days!  We are over halfway to the finish line!!  With this being another twin pregnancy, my OB typically doesn't let you go past 37wks.  So definitely halfway!! :)

Things are going well!  We had an ultrasound at 17w6d.  My lovely IM was able to come down for it and her Momma! :)  It was great to get to meet the babies' grandma! :)   Unfortunately we got the icky ultrasound tech.  I had her one time early in the pregnancy of the last twins and didn't care for her.  Her bedside manner is just less than ideal (she doesn't tell you anything that she's doing and pretty much ignores the room while doing her scans).  This just taught us not to schedule another ultrasound on a Tuesday! lol! :)

All in all the babies look great!! Baby A is(was at the time) on my right side and BREECH.  Baby B on the left slightly angled and also BREECH!  What is up with this whole Breech thing girls?  Never in my history of carrying babies have I ever had one present breech at ANY time in the pregnancy.  These girls just want to go out with a bang! :) LOL   There is still PLENTY of time for them to flip around so I'm not too concerned..  Just seems a typical finding with these little divas :)   Oddly enough I realized later that the u/s tech never did any gender shots.  We obviously know via PGD testing that our little Divas are girls but it still seems odd that she didn't verify that for the record.  LOL.

Here's a peek at them :

Baby A is doing what I believe is the duck face.  I think she must be practicing for some facebook selfies! :)   Baby B has her little arm/hand up under her head just relaxing!  Apparently their big brother always sleeps like that - how cute!! :)

According to the measurements Baby A was 1 day ahead with a heartrate of 158 and Baby B was 2 days behind with a heartrate of 144 but somehow they both were estimated to weigh (both 7oz) the same amount?  Go figure!   We also asked the tech about the placenta since we had that tiny bleed issue back at 14wks and were told we had a partial previa.  She assured us that it had moved out of the way - no worries.

Off we go to see my Dr who announced that both babies looked wonderful !  Both were currently breech (yup, we know!) and Baby A's placenta is now completely covering the cervix (plus slightly anterior).  WHAT?  The ultrasound tech told us it moved??  Apparently the report says complete previa.  BLAH.   So now we cross our fingers that this moves out of the way as my uterus grows (cuz we know there's still a LOT of growing to do!).  I'd rather not have a c-section with this last pregnancy! LOL!  Plus with the placenta where it currently is (anterior) the OB would have to cut thru the placenta to deliver baby A.  Uhmm, no thanks - not what I'm looking for in a birth experience.   Fingers crossed things move along like they should.  Right now these little Divas are trying to do everything they can to guarantee a csection with the previa and both breech.  But I'm sure if I explain things nicely they'll try to get with the program! :)

I have another OB appt next week - no clue why the dr decided to see me in 2 wks vs 4wks but I do what she says. lol.    Other than that bp was great, urine clear!  We're cruising along just great!

Now if those babies would just agree to let me quit puking!  They have let up quite a bit, but usually at least once or twice a week they jump up and scream- HA JUST KIDDING! GO puke! :)  Boogers anyway :)

19 Weeks

Sources say the babies are now the size of a largo mango (or for those who prefer a non-fruit comparison a square kleenex box).  Arms & legs are finally in proportion, while neurons are now connected between the brain and muscles and cartilage throughout the body is turning to bone.  Serious upgrades going on in there!  It's estimated that movement should be felt between 18-21 weeks depending on a ton of factors.  So far I can feel some kicks and jabs if I'm laying quietly in bed but rarely do I feel tons of movement when I'm up and about :)

14 weeks :)

Hello my friends!  It's hard to believe we are finally 14 weeks and in the 2nd trimester! Woot!!  This have been moving along well.  I had some spotting on Monday and went into the dr for a check up on Tuesday.  I wasn't having any cramping so I wasn't super concerned but spotting is spotting and it's not normal!

First thing they did was an ultrasound! :) Yay! It's always so nice to see them ! Good news is that the babies are both looking wonderful.  Heartbeats were great and they were moving around (I can't wait to be able to feel that movement!!).  Both babies were measuring 2 days ahead (14w1d) .They are still laying in there stacked on top of each other like in little bunkbeds.  Silly girls! There's plenty of room, spread out!! :)   The u/s tech was able to determine that the spotting was due to one of the placentas being low lying and a tiny partial previa.  I've been told to expect spotting off and on but for now it's not a big worry b/c it's still very early and the placenta can move as my uterus grows.   I've spoken with several other friends who had the same issue and theirs all moved well before delivery.  And so we just watch it.  :)

Baby A was nice enough to give us profile shot :)

Baby B decided we should only get a front on skeletal view.. lol ;)

 14 Weeks -

At 14 weeks the babies are each the size of a lemon (or for those that like non-fruit comparisons - the size of a rubix cube). The sources say that morning sickness should be easing away and my appetite should be reappearing.  To those sources I say- try having twins.  Still taking my meds and still puking despite them a few times a week.  The appetite is pretty much non- existent but occasionally I have a moment of hunger :)

  • Baby's probably thumb sucking and wiggling his or her toes in there!
  • Baby's kidneys are making urine, and the liver and spleen are doing their jobs too.
  • And baby's growing lanugo, a thin, peach-fuzz-like hair, all over— it'll help keep the body warm!

Final Liniing check & bloodwork #3rdSurrogacy #IVF

Friday was my final lining check & bloodwork :)

Lining was 9.5 - basically same as before and anything over 8 is good :)
Estrogen was up to 260!  Yep, just throw a few pills at me and it goes up nicely! Lol!

So everything looks great for transfer on Sunday!   Woot ! Woot!

Last night was my very last Lupron.  Ohh how I'll miss the fake menopause.  Okay, no not really. lol.  I did fairly good giving myself those tiny shots (I hate needles with a passion) and only got 3-4 bruises total.  Yay me!   If you want to know more about Lupron or giving those shots, I wrote about it during my last surrogacy - here.   You are welcome. lol.

Today I started the crazy list of meds . It is so crazy that I put it all into my phone calendar so I don't accidentally forget one of the zillions of meds I'm taking throughout the day. lol!

Medrol  Medrol is a steroid which is used for it's anti-inflammatory to keep everything happy in the uterus for  transfer.  My instructions say  4xday but the dosage I got sent is only 1 x day - works for me!! My IVF nurse says different clinics do a different way but it's ultimately the same dosage so it's fine. I'm thinking why in the world would we NOT do just one pill per day vs 4 different timed out dosages if we can?! lol

Doxycylin  Doxy is an antibiotic which is used to decrease the chance of infection from the IVF process. It could also treat any early infection that you aren't showing signs of yet, again helping increase your chance of becoming pregnant.  I take this twice per day - not so tough, one in the morning & one at night.)

Endometrin  Endometrin is a form of progesterone. Progesterone is a natural hormone that is often used to help your uterine lining receive & nourish an embryo.  In a normal pregnancy your body produces enough progesterone on it's own. During IVF, your body is a blank slate and the drs give medication to make your levels be where they should until your body realizes HEY I'm pregnant and takes over :)   During my 1st surrogacy, I only did the PIO (progesterone in oil) shots. 2nd pregnancy I was informed that between 1 & 2 the clinic had done away with PIO and went to only vaginal inserted progesterone but due to clients freaking out at a lower progesterone # in bloodwork, they added PIO back in.  *sigh* lucky me.   So my instructions are to do these three times per day. Fun times people ... fun times.  I will say that last time I had the Crinone Gel which these tablets seem a bit less ... messy.? lol.    Click here to read about my experience with the Crinone gel.

PIO shots PIO = progesterone in oil.  Same reason as above only it's a vicious needle eager to make lumps on my bum.. lol.   Just one per night - Thank God!!)

Meds I'm already on :

Estradoil  patches    Estrace & Estradoil help build the lining of the uterus. You  might recall that last time I had the minivelle patches which are round and I could make cute patterns like Mickey Mouse.. These are rectangular and lack the ability to make cute things. lol I'm currently up to 4 patches every other day.

Estrace Pills ( more estrogen)
Baby Aspirin
Prenatal Vitamins (yay folic acid!)

And that my dears is just about it for now!  I'll update again after transfer.  Keep everything crossed for us on Sunday!! :)

2nd Lining Check #3rdSurrogacy #IVF

Hey ladies ... and gentlemen ( although I kinda doubt I have any guy readers over here. lol)

I've been crazy busy so haven't even turned on my laptop this week. lol.  If you knew me at all, you'd realize how crazy that means! lol!

So I had my 2nd lining check on Monday (7/20) and all is looking good !

Lining was 9.7 ! The u/s tech was impressed :)

Bloodwork went well. I had a different vampire phlebotomist but she got me first stick :) We discussed my tattoo (semicolon on my wrist) and she gave me matching wrap for my arm. Matching again? I am GOOD!

Now I just have to remember to wear green on Friday and I'll be set for the last color they have. lol!

Click here if you are anything like me and want to compare how things are going this cycle vs the one with the twins (who are going to be ONE in exactly ONE week! omg omg omg!! )

Medications so far this cycle :

 Tons of BCPs
21 Lupron shots
10 Estrogen patches (Minivelle 0.10 mg)
9 Baby Aspirin
3 Estradiol tablets (2mg)

1st Lining Check - #Surrogacy #ThirdJourney

Today was the first lining check for this cycle.  I admit that I was the slightest hint of a bit nervous.

You see, I started Lupron a day early last week because my body did not like being on bcps past the normal time and decided that despite the bcps telling everything "Don't Worry, Be Happy!" it was time to start shedding that useless lining anyway. ARGH.   So spotting for a week makes one the tiniest hint of a bit nervous. lol  There's a first time for everything.  As my nurse coordinator said, my body was just ready to GO GO GO!! lol.

I'm still monitoring at the clinic 45mins away :) They are super duper nice there!  I showed up 30 mins early and the waiting room had one couple and another woman sitting there.  I signed in and settled down to play some games on my phone to pass the time. Didn't even get a game loaded before they called me back. LOL!  Sorry waiting peeps, apparently I get first class service - frequent flier and all :)

Right into the lining check first off - they got a new machine since last time and that means no mashing my body trying to find stubborn hidden ovaries!  Both ovaries showed up for pictures and were appropriately suppressed :)  Lining was nice and thin - which is what we want.  I asked the ultrasound tech what the lining measurement was and she printed me off a little sheet! Lol! Naturally I compared to my last journey! lol !

Then off to the vampire.  Today's vampire was named Brook and she was great! We discussed the merits of Costco & Sam's Club (she has memberships to both, I just have Sam's but am thinking of jumping ship.. lol). She got me on the first poke and then did the best thing EVER. She offered me my choice of tape, a bandaid  OR a wrap.  OMG! I felt like a little kid getting a wrap but I hate the tape and my skin always breaks out. So wrap for me :)  She gave me blue to match my shirt. lol!

Excuse the hair, it was drizzling rain :(

So now, I'm just waiting on the call from FCI to let me know that my bloodwork came back fine and the first step is done!

Medications so far this cycle :

 Tons of BCPs
7 Lupron shots

Weeks 24/25

** For some reason the picture Gods are not smiling down upon me today.  I cannot get the ultrasound  or big belly pictures to upload..  I'll try again later ! *

Okay I know I promised to update last weekend after the ultrasound.. But I think by now we all know and expect me to be late.. ha!!

24w 6days today..  Exactly 3months (May 23 to Aug 23) until 38 weeks!!  Woohoo :)

Soo I know you are all wondering how the ultrasound went last week.

The babies are doing wonderfully..  Baby Boy was napping - as usual for him.  I swear this boy is going to never sleep again when he comes out (his poor Momma!!).  The bigger surprise was that Baby Girl was actually cooperating nicely :)   She wasn't her normal feisty self - definitely more active than her brother but quite a bit more calm !

Baby Boy was measuring 1 day ahead (24wks) and weighed in at a whopping 1lb 8oz!  Look at him grow!  In the past he was always 2 days behind so he gained 3 days.. He was in the 54% for singletons!

Baby Girl was measuring  2 days behind (23w 4d) and weighed in at 1lb 7oz !!  She's letting her brother become her big brother finally :)

The dr was very pleased with both their weights!  In fact they are bigger than some singletons in my pregnancy group who are the exact same gestation!  I guess no one informed these guys that they are twins! :)     My Dr is still saying that she'll be happy to make it to 34 weeks and thinks they should be 4-5lbs each by then if they keep up with their growth.   I'm still hoping for 37-38weeks.

I'm giggling inside looking at the tickers below saying that the twins are roughly 1 1/2 lbs each now when they were that size LAST week.. ha!   Monster Twins are at it again ! :)

I don't go back to the OB until June 13 for my 28week labs.. The lovely glucose test.. Ick..  Then every 2 weeks with growth ultrasounds! :)  I love getting to see the little monsters , especially when we catch such adorable pictures of them !!  Ohh and we got to see them practicing swallowing :)  Adorable !

Other than that, not a lot to update.  The hormones have been getting to me lately and I'm a big blubbering mess.. ha.   Preggo brain has struck.  I walked into the Dollar store the other day and immediately forgot why I had went in.. Naturally I almost burst into tears (dang hormones) because I couldn't remember what it was.. lol.   Babies are sucking my brain cells away :)

24 Weeks Pregnant

Your baby's growing steadily, having gained about 4 ounces since last week. That puts him at about 1 1/3 pounds. (Unless you are a set of Monster Twins then you will be even more!) Since he's almost a foot long (about the size of an ear of corn), he cuts a pretty lean figure at this point, but his body is filling out proportionally and he'll soon start to plump up. His brain is also growing quickly now, and his taste buds are continuing to develop. His lungs are developing "branches" of the respiratory "tree" as well as cells that produce surfactant, a substance that will help his air sacs inflate once he hits the outside world. His skin is still thin and translucent, but that will start to change soon.

23 weeks

Life as always, is crazy..  I'm updating again now - 23weeks 4days..  Yep, it's been a while.

I had another OB appointment at 21weeks 6days.  Just a normal check up.  Pee in a cup (all looks good) , get weighed ( +7 lbs total for pregnancy so far.) , blood pressure (128/72) still looking good and FINALLY got my uterus measured.. I've been dying to see how big I was measuring because I pretty much feel like a house already.   The hubby agrees that I'm basically as big as I normally am at delivery.  Maybe a tiny bit smaller.  He loves to joke about how big I'm going to get ! ha!

So we listened to the heartbeats ( 150's & 140's)  - baby boy was chilling out on my right side as usual.  Baby girl was being her normal feisty self on my left side - kicking at the doppler and making my OB chase her down for a heartbeat.  I think she was playing tag.. ha!

The awesomeness that is twins ..

Finally the doc whipped out the measuring tape that I've been waiting for..  She stretched it up my tummy and asked if I wanted to guess? lol.

Uterus was measuring 30weeks !!  8weeks+1day ahead of where I was. ha.. I have thus dubbed these babies the Monster Twins.

Initially (at the last appt) she had told me that we would do this appt (4weeks after last) and then in another 4 week we'd start doing growth ultrasounds.   Apparently she is really curious now at how big our Monsters are because she has me scheduled to come back in 2 weeks (5/16) for a growth ultrasound and appt.    I can't wait to see the babies again!  And honestly, I'm dying to know how big they are too! ha!

How I feel :

Most days I feel as big as a house.. lol.  Morning sickness has finally quit *knock on wood* although I do still have an occasional need to run to the bathroom.   Heartburn/ reflux appears to be here to stay.  I've noticed that I've started to walk with my tummy pushed out more, a bit of a waddle.. I'm most definitely much slower than before because I'm constantly telling the Hubby to slow down, I can't walk that fast.     I've had 2 instances of braxton hicks contractions - which is totally new to me.  Both times they went away once I laid down and drank some water.  I've learned not to overdo things.
Getting up off the couch is already something that involves the entire family laughing at my attempts. ha!  I can only imagine what it's going to be like in coming months.   If I make it all the way to 34weeks, I have 3months + 10days left.

23 Weeks Pregnant :

Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that she's more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about the size of a large mango), you may be able to see her squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze her when she hears them outside the womb.

I pinky swear that I'll be back this weekend to update on the growth ultrasound.   :)

16 Weeks !!

Hello my friends!!   It's hard to believe we are 16 weeks already!  The belly is finally starting to pop out and I did some maternity clothes shopping this week.  It was loads of fun but a little difficult realizing how much more this belly is going to pop with twins! ha!    My oldest daughter was along and declared that she will ONLY wear leggings when she is pregnant b/c they are so comfortable!  Ha!! They sure are! :)

I had my OB appt last week.  It was a quick uneventful appt.   Got weighed (+2 lbs from pre-pregnancy weight), BP taken ( 122/72 - awesome!), peed in a cup (all clear) and listened to the heartbeats.  145 & 165 .  OB is guessing 1 boy and 1 girl which is what we all assume since that's what we put in :)   There is always the possibility that only one of our embies took and it split..  I've always had the feeling that it's one girl and one boy though :)   Less than 2 weeks til we find out for sure!!

The babies have been behaving a bit better this week..  Puking is slowing down (yay!)- I say this because I have had 2 days so far without puking.. At 16weeks 2 days pregnant, I have never had morning sickness this far into a pregnancy before but Twins make everything different ! ha!

Other than that I'm feeling good.. The countdown is on until my IPs are here for their visit! Woohoo!!  I can't wait! :)

16 Weeks Pregnant :

Get ready for a growth spurt!!  In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length!  Right now, he's about the size of an avocado (4.5 inches long - head to rump, & 3.5 ounces).  His legs are much more developed, his head is more erect than it has been, and his eyes are close to their final position.  He's even started growing toenails!!  Inside- your baby's heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blod each day, and this amount will continue to increase as your baby continues to develop.

Lining Check #2 & #3

I've had a crazy busy week and haven't had a chance to post yet.   Soo, on Thursday (12/5) I had my second lining check and bloodwork.

Lining- 8 luscious mm
Estrogen- 66

Oopsie. Apparently my estrogen was a teensy bit on the low side.  They like it to be over 100.  No wonder I wasn't feeling completely crazy in the head yet. ha.  And so in addition to my lovely estrogen patches that are a complete pain to redo every other day (they are made to stay on for a week, so taking them off after 2days tends to remove some skin too. lol!), I got to add a pill.  Orally, for the record.

Since I was a bit on the low side, FCI asked that I go back today (Monday 12/9) to get another check rather than wait for my normal appt on 12/12.  And so off I went to visit the vampires yet again.

Thankfully the vampire nurse got my vein on the first shot this time. No digging for those lovely rolling veins! YAY!  And then off to the u/s.

Have I mentioned the Wienie wand?  I had to take my 5yo with me to my appt on Thursday due to him having a dr appt far away afterwards.  So I sat him in the chair next to the u/s table and gave him his DS.

I got undressed and was sitting on the table with the sheet over me when he looks over and laughs.  Momma, why did you take your clothes off?  Thankfully a few minutes later he was engrossed in his ds again and paid no more attention.

Anyhoo back to the weinie wand.  Maybe it's just me but anytime the u/s tech tries to find my left ovary, it hurts like the very dickens!  I flinch and try to crawl away from her every darn time.   BLAH..

Today's stats:

Lining - a plump 10.7 mm  (anything over 8 is good)
Estrogen- 211 (anything over 100 is good).

The clinic nurse said everything looks PERFECT..  And so now the real countdown begins.

10 days til transfer !!!

Meds taken so far :

2 ish months of BCPs
17 lupron shots
13 vivelle patches (estrogen)
11 baby aspirin (to prevent clots since estrogen can cause it)
11 prenatal vitamins
5 Estrogen pills

Lining Check #1

On Tuesday (11/26), I had my first lining check & hormone levels drawn.

I am always grateful to know that I am able to do my monitoring for the cycle closer to home vs going all the way to FCI.  That would be quite a trek considering I have to have monitoring done weekly.  Ugh.  That means weekly blood draws.. We all know how I feel about the vampires.

My monitoring appointments are supposed to be in the morning and the clinic I'm using to monitor me is an hour away.  And so my mornings on monitoring days will always be hectic.   I dropped my kids off at school and headed straight to the appointment.

I didn't think to take any pictures this time.. Although I did take a picture to show Patricia as we were chatting waiting on my ultrasound.. lol..

Looks a REAL sheet - not a paper one!   Woot ! Woot!
Why yes, little things excite me.  It doesn't take much sometimes! lol!

My ultraound was done (during my *hopefully* last period) which just adds some extra  ick  factor to already having a wand stuck up your hoohaa.

The vampire took 1 vial of blood.  She missed my vein the first time (it rolled, just like I told her they always do) and stabbed a bit harder than I was hoping for.  BLAH.

In the end- my lining was 6mm which the ultrasound tech said was great.  No cysts on the ovaries although lefty decided to play hide and seek this time.  I guess my ovaries are just camera shy...  FCI called me later in the day to let me know that my hormone levels all looked great.

And so now I am approved to move onto the next step  of the medication cycle -- on Friday, I will lower my lupron  from 20units to 5 units and add 2 estrogen patches.   I was reminded that Estrogen patches tend to make you hormonal.  Let the fun begin!

9 shots of Lupron down, only 17 more to go..

Countdown has begun !!

Last week was a busy week!  The day we've been waiting for since August.  It seems like forever!  Finally, I had the appointment for my medical screening.  I don't know why but I was enormously nervous.  I've done this before and been told my uterus is perfect, but the stress of something having changed in the past 10yrs was driving me bonkers.

We are using FCI in Chicago for the transfer.  Since Chicago is 2-4hrs depending on the lovely traffic that they can have, we opted to spend the night on Thursday nite for our early appointment on Friday.

Our agency was great and booked the hotel and had it all taken care of for us.  When we checked in, the staff was super nice and even gave us a little bag of Halloween candy..

mmm.. mmm.. mmm.  Reese's!  I was prepared to fight the husband for it, but in the end I took one bite and gave it to him. Nerves strike again.

I did get quite a giggle out of the privacy sign for the door :

I mean, come on... how cute is that?! lol!  I may need to make a sign like that for home :)

It takes some getting used to - sleeping in the city.  Downtown in the big city is never quite.  Plus the time is an hour earlier than our home time so I had my alarm set for bright and early to make sure the kids had gotten up for school.   Needless to say- I didn't get a lot of quality sleep.

Finally it was time for the appointment.  I'm sure people thought I was a loon, taking pictures of everything.  I am documenting people. DOCUMENTING!  ha!

First sign of good luck -- we parked on purple ( love that color) and # 5 (IPs have 5 frozen embies).

Here at last!

We got signed in, The Husband sat down and I went to the restroom.. I'm nervous. I have to go.  As soon as I came out, Caryl (the coordinator) was waiting to take us back to get started.. Naturally she wanted a urine sample.  Uhmm.. you are like 2 minutes too late.. ha!

Weighed (ugh), blood pressure done (a tad high- yes, showing my nerves since I am always on the low side).  Finally into the ultrasound room where the tech proceeds to try to find all the basic parts.

"Do you have a right ovary?"

Uhmm, yes.. I'm sure it's just shy. lol.

Everything is found, documented and Dr K comes in.   Now I should mention ahead of time that I used the same clinic with my first surrogacy and the same Dr.  I absolutely love Dr K.  He is such a wonderful man. Always so caring.  We chatted for a few minutes, I made him feel old commenting on the last surrogacy.  And then the lovely saline ultrasound.   The place a catheter into our uterus, then put the u/s wand back up there and proceed to shoot a little saline into your uterus to watch it on the u/s machine.  All in all, it took maybe a minute.  Dr K held my hand the entire time.  The procedure can cause some cramping.. But as usual with me, always a day late - my cramping didn't happen for a good 10mins and lasted way longer than the reported 5minutes.  Go me.  Always the overachiever.

Dr K announced that everything looked perfect!!  He promised to try and get me preggers the first try again :)

The Husband felt I should have a picture while I sat waiting on Dr K to come in..  Ha.!

Once we were done with the u/s- it's off to the vampires... I mean lab.  They only took 3 vials of blood from The Husband but my blood is much more appealing.  7 vials later.

I love how accommodating they were about letting me document.. ha!  I whipped my phone out and got ready to take a picture when the nurse said Oh let me arrange things nicely first.. !  ha :) Love it!

We then sat down with Caryl to sign many many papers and go over everything.  Much of it we already knew from doing it previously.  The medication protocol has changed slightly since the last time.  They now use a progesterone vaginal gel.  I was all excited when she mentioned that, only to be shot down when she said that they still use the PIO shots.. BOOO!  oh well, we do what we must!

The only thing we are waiting on is bloodwork to come back.  Caryl assured me that we'd have that back by Wednesday at the latest.. I'm sure we will all be very surprised if something came back amiss there.  So we are CLEARED!  Woot! Woot!

I now have in my grubby little hands, the medication calendar!  Transfer is scheduled for Dec 19!

And so, the countdown begins my friends!!
